Tackling Global Expansion Challenges with CREABA

What happens when you bring together curious minds, real-world case studies, and a creative sprint format? You get an energizing afternoon of insights, problem-solving, and new connections.
On May 7, JVA teamed up with CREABA for a mini-lecture and workshop exploring why companies struggle when expanding across borders, be it foreign firms entering Japan or Japanese startups going global.
During the course of the workshop, participants had the opportunity to tackle real failed case studies, brainstorm creative turnaround strategies, and pitch their ideas in teams. Lastly, we wrapped up with casual networking, snacks, and plenty of great conversations!
